Circulating Oil Mobil Vacuoline 528, 20L offers a versatile source of lubricant for a wide range of industrial equipment. The Mobil Vacuoline 500 series of lubricants are high-performance, heavy-duty circulating oils designed for the demands of twistless rod mills, however, their overall performance makes them an excellent choice for circulating systems that lubricate gears and bearings. The Mobil Vacuoline 500 Series is designed to meet the critical requirements of Morgan Construction Company's high-speed twistless rod mills, as well as the circulating oil requirements of Danielli rod mills.

They are formulated from high quality base stocks and a proprietary additive system to provide superior wettability, additional oil retention and thin film protection against rust and corrosion. Circulating Oil Mobil Vacuoline 528, 20L offers excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation and a high level of protection against wear. They possess excellent demulsibility that allows water and other contaminants to easily separate from the oil in the system tank.

These oils are intended primarily for the lubrication of sliding bearings, roller bearings, parallel shafts and bevel gears. They are suitable as multifunctional lubricants in systems that are not subject to shock and that do not require extreme pressure performance. The Mobil Vacuoline 500 series has a good demulsibility that is preserved in conditions of severe water contamination. The Mobil Vacuoline 500 Series is used in applications using oil spray, bath and ring arrangements and all other application methods involving pumps, valves and auxiliary equipment. They are recommended for use in hydraulic systems where higher viscosity oils are specified. They are particularly resistant to the effects of prolonged exposure to high temperatures and work well in circulation systems with short oil residence times.

Typical applications include:

- without milling cutters with twisted rods;
- gears with moderate load, bevel, helical and skeleton gears;
- circulation systems;
- it can also be used in hydraulic systems that use pumps with toothed wheels, vanes, with radial and axial pistons, where anti-wear hydraulic fluids with high viscosity are required;
- certain compressors and vacuum pumps that handle air and inert gases provided that the discharge temperatures do not exceed 150oC, are not suitable for breathable air compressors;
